Continuum Games Return Policy
All orders placed with Continuum Games, Inc. are non returnable / non refundable unless explicitly specified otherwise in writing as part of your order agreement by an officer of Continuum Games, Inc. Continuum Games, Inc. offers its customers the following return policy for products that are delivered in a damaged or defective state.
Products Damaged Prior to Receipt
If the products you ordered are damaged prior to when you receive them, Continuum Games, Inc. may issue replacement products for items that were damaged at no additional charge to you provided you follow the procedures below. Damaged items are products that are not in sellable or playable condition.
- Report to Continuum Games, Inc. via phone, fax or email within 15 days of receiving your order that items in your order were damaged. You must identify the product name, quantity of products that were damaged, and describe the nature of the damage.
- Continuum Games, Inc. will review the information you provided and respond with instructions for returning the damaged product.
- Once Continuum Games, Inc. sends to you return instructions; you must send the damaged item to Continuum Games, Inc. within 30 days for the item to be considered for replacement.
Products damaged upon or after receipt, not reported within 15 days or receipt, or not returned within 30 days of receiving return instructions from Continuum Games, Inc. will not be replaced.
Refunds will not be issued for damaged items unless the damaged item is deemed by Continuum Games, Inc. to be out of print and available stock is not in supply.
